Here my ports of his US code to JPN and PAL...

JPN: 800A2A90 00xx
PAL: 800AD330 00xx

...and notes and explanations on most of the known(?) menus. Options whose description have "(list)" at the end - screen transitions, game mode, characters and stages -, as well as all options that feature a number to their right, can be scrolled through by pressing left or right on the stick.

VS mode = select game mode (list)
BattleTime = select match time in min.
S:Link = select starting stage for 1P mode
Man = select type of player 1
Mario = player 1 character (list)
0 = player 1 costume color
Man = select type of player 2
Donkey = player 2 character (list)
0 = player 2 costume color
Man = select type of player 3
Samus = player 3 character (list)
0 = player 3 costume color
Man = select type of player 4
Fox = player 4 character (list)
0 = player 4 costume color

Press Start to enter selected game mode. VS mode brings up another menu:

-----
Exit
Mario
-----
(default values, JPN version)

Exit = start match
Mario = select battle arena (list)

"Bonus[Number][Chara]" battle arenas do not work in VS mode, these are each characters' Break the Targets and Board the Platforms stages. Stages "Small" and "New" are the two beta stages, "Beta Dreamland" and its "enhanced version" that is extended to the left, featuring, among other stuff, a plain colored platform of weird shape and an invisible platform to the right of the plain one.

NOTES:
As BGM #0 is the Kirby's Dreamland stage theme, the beta stages are Kirby-themed, and there's the Kirby Cube in the background of the System Debug screen, I imagine that the developers at HAL - the makers of Kirby - at first re-used graphics/music from other Kirby N64 projects like "Kirby Bowl", "Kirby's Air Ride" and the released Kirby 64. This is a wild guess and maybe farfetched, but sounds plausible to me.

Pas du tout, Dark Link n'existe pas dans ce jeu ! Tu peux jouer aux autres par contre, comme la Main par exemple, mais bon ce n'est pas le plus étonnant. Ca reste bien les endroits beta !
